These terms apply when you use amive.in or buy from Amive. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Amive is a fashion jewellery brand run by Samiksha Bhogar and Aastha Baheti, based in Gujarat, India. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp from our Contact page.

Our products

• Our pieces are imitation (fashion) jewellery made from materials such as stainless steel and brass. They are not gold, silver or precious stones unless a product page clearly says so.
• We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations between pieces are normal.
• Each product page lists its material. If you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin, please check the material before buying, and stop wearing a piece if it irritates your skin.
• Follow the care instructions on each product page to keep your pieces looking their best.

Prices and availability

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price we confirm in our WhatsApp chat when you order is the price you pay.
• Some pieces show "Price on request": message us for the current price.
• Stock is limited, so a piece shown on the website may sell out. We confirm availability before you pay.
• If a price is listed wrongly by mistake, we'll tell you before confirming your order, and you can choose to cancel.

Orders and payment

• The website doesn't take payments. To order, message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry, and we'll confirm the price, delivery charges and delivery time in the chat.
• Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment by the method agreed in the chat.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available. If you have already paid, we'll refund you in full.

Using this website

• Please use the website lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, misuse its forms or send spam.
• All photos, text, designs and the Amive name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing links to our products is always welcome.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
